Georg is the founder of GPC and has more than 15 years of experience in people operations and organizational development in international, multilateral settings. He advises international organisations on initiatives in talent management, change management, and organisational effectiveness. Projects include growth-focused organizational and functional reviews, change processes for international and non-government organizations, strategic talent acquisition services, and developing talent management solutions through a people-centered approach. Georg also teaches HR Management at the European Business University in Luxembourg.

Prior to founding GPC, Georg worked for the United Nations Development Programme in New York, USA. His responsibilities included succession planning and career management programmes, the development of a new UNDP people strategy, change management processes, as well as senior recruitments and recruitment oversight. He initially joined UNDP in 2013 after working as Director of Human Resources at Munich International School in Germany.

Tarik is an international consultant in strategic human resources management and organizational development. He has over 20 years of professional experience working both in the public and private sector providing advisory support on issues related to institutional and project design, change management and implementation, and business process development and efficiency, planning and implementation.

He has directly worked with field offices of international organisations in six regions, including in conflict, post-conflict zones and countries in crisis (such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, and Ukraine), among others.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Tarik worked for the United Nations Development Programme for 12 years, during which time he held various critical HR roles in leadership development and training, policy development and change implementation advisory support.
